All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This means you are not able to request a return once your order has been delivered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue, contact us at fragsamplezyt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care items, including fragrance samples.
We also do not offer refunds for:

Items that have been used or opened

Orders with incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may place a new order at any time.
Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund due to being damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know whether the refund or replacement is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
