Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FragSamplez! Below is important information about how we process and ship orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through USPS only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS and tracking information will be sent to you.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS delays

  • Weather or natural events

  • High-volume seasons or holidays

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, you may be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  2. Contact your local USPS office immediately

  3. Contact us at fragsamplezyt@gmail.com and we will assist where possible

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at fragsamplezyt@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue if eligible.
